I’d like to know how we are doing. Please send me an e-mail with your thoughts. I am especially interested in knowing what we need to do better, or what you are unhappy with. It’s never enjoyable to read a lot of criticism, but it is important to me — so much so that I will give you a dollar off on your next purchase if you tell me about something that disappointed you.
